بسبب انقطاع الكهرباء.. الظلام يتمدد إلى مناطق واسعة في ليبيا – أخبار السعودية

في أحدث اضطراب يضرب الشبكة رغم الجهود الحكومية لاحتواء الأزمة، تجدد انقطاع التيار الكهربائي في مناطق واسعة من ليبيا، اليوم (السبت)، وطال الانقطاع معظم مناطق شرق البلاد وأجزاء من الجنوب والغرب.

وأعلن مواطنون ليبيون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أن الانقطاعات شملت جميع المدن والمناطق الشرقية في وقت متزامن، وامتد الظلام إلى مدن في الجنوب وأجزاء في غرب البلاد، إثر خروج محطات توليد الكهرباء عن العمل وتعرض بعض خطوط الإمداد إلى أعطال، ما تسبب في اضطراب واسع في الشبكة.

من جهتها، أعلنت وزارة الكهرباء في شرق ليبيا أن الفرق الفنية تعمل على إعادة تشغيل الشبكة وإدخال المحطات المتوقفة والمتضررة إلى الخدمة تباعاً، مشيرة إلى نجاحها في احتواء عدة أعطال واستعادة التغذية الكهربائية لبعض المناطق. وأكدت الشركة العامة للكهرباء وصول وحدة توليد إلى ميناء طرابلس، تمهيداً لتركيبها بهدف تعزيز قدرة الشبكة في حالات الانقطاع التام للتيار الكهربائي.

وشهدت ليبيا خلال الأيام الماضية، سلسلة من الاضطرابات لشبكة الكهرباء، أبرزها في 18 يوليو عندما أدى خروج محطات توليد وخطوط نقل رئيسية عن الخدمة إلى فقدان نحو 1350 ميغاواط وانقطاع التيار عن معظم أنحاء البلاد.

وأثار انقطاع الكهرباء موجة من التذمر بين الليبيين، الذين عبّروا عبر وسائل التواصل عن استيائهم من تكرار الأعطال واتساع نطاق الانقطاعات، خصوصاً في ظل ارتفاع درجات الحرارة، مطالبين باتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لمعالجة أزمة الكهرباء بشكل جذري، بدل الاكتفاء بالتدخلات المؤقتة وإعادة التيار بعد كل انهيار للشبكة.

وتحولت أزمة الكهرباء إلى محور رئيسي للاحتجاجات والعصيان المدني في مدن غرب ليبيا، إذ أغلق محتجون طرقاً ومقار حكومية للمطالبة بتحسين الخدمات الأساسية ورحيل حكومة الوحدة الوطنية.

In the latest disruption affecting the network despite government efforts to contain the crisis, power outages have renewed in wide areas of Libya today (Saturday), affecting most regions in the east of the country as well as parts of the south and west.

Libyan citizens announced on social media that the outages included all cities and eastern regions simultaneously, with darkness extending to cities in the south and parts of the west, following the shutdown of power generation stations and some supply lines experiencing faults, causing widespread disruption in the network.

For its part, the Ministry of Electricity in eastern Libya announced that technical teams are working to restore the network and bring the stopped and damaged stations back into service gradually, noting its success in containing several faults and restoring electricity supply to some areas. The General Electricity Company confirmed the arrival of a generating unit at the Port of Tripoli, in preparation for its installation to enhance the network’s capacity in cases of total power outages.

In recent days, Libya has witnessed a series of disruptions in the electricity network, most notably on July 18 when the shutdown of power generation stations and main transmission lines led to a loss of about 1350 megawatts and power outages across most of the country.

The power outages have sparked a wave of discontent among Libyans, who expressed their dissatisfaction on social media regarding the repeated faults and the widening scope of outages, especially amid rising temperatures, demanding urgent measures to address the electricity crisis fundamentally, rather than relying on temporary interventions and restoring power after each network collapse.

The electricity crisis has become a major focus for protests and civil disobedience in cities in western Libya, as protesters have closed roads and government offices to demand improvements in basic services and the resignation of the Government of National Unity.
