«تحريات» جديدة لفحص ثروة بيومي فؤاد في نزاع مع طليقته – أخبار السعودية
خلف أضواء الكوميديا وستائر المسارح، انتقلت تفاصيل الحياة الشخصية للفنان بيومي فؤاد إلى أروقة قضاء الأسرة، لتسدل إحدى المحاكم الستار على الفصل الأول من نزاع مالي وإنساني محتدم.
محكمة الأسرة في مصر قضت بإلزام الفنان بسداد مستحقات طليقته المالية كاملة، وشملت مؤخر الصداق ونفقتَي العدة والمتعة، ضمن حسم الدعوى رقم 223 لسنة 2026. غير أن هذا الحكم لا يمثل سوى قمة الجبل الجليدي في الأزمة؛ إذ تحاصر النيابة ملفات 4 دعاوى أخرى لا تزال قيد التحقيق (تحمل الأرقام من 179 إلى 182 لسنة 2026)، وتتعلق جميعها بمصروفات دراسة نجليهما، وأجر الحضانة، والمسكن.
وفي خطوة تستهدف تحديد الحجم الحقيقي للتنفيذ المالي، كلّفت النيابة الأجهزة المختصة بإجراء تحريات دقيقة حول إجمالي أرباح بيومي فؤاد وممتلكاته لتزويد المحكمة بتقرير مالي مفصل، بعد الاستماع لأقوال شهود الطرفين.
من جهتها، كشفت طليقة الفنان أنها اضطرت للجوء إلى ساحات القضاء بعدما سُدت أمامها الطرق الودية.

The family court in Egypt ruled that the artist must pay his ex-wife’s financial dues in full, which included the delayed dowry and the alimony for the waiting period and enjoyment, as part of the resolution of case number 223 for the year 2026. However, this ruling represents only the tip of the iceberg in the crisis; the prosecution is currently handling files of 4 other lawsuits that are still under investigation (numbered from 179 to 182 for the year 2026), all of which relate to the educational expenses of their two sons, custody fees, and housing.
In a move aimed at determining the true extent of financial execution, the prosecution has tasked the relevant authorities with conducting thorough investigations into the total profits of Bayoumi Fouad and his assets to provide the court with a detailed financial report, after hearing the testimonies of witnesses from both parties.
For her part, the artist’s ex-wife revealed that she was forced to resort to the courts after all amicable avenues were closed to her.
