«سمة» الأولى على مستوى المملكة في حصول مقرّها على شهادة «مستدام» الماسية – أخبار السعودية

حقّقت الشركة السعودية للمعلومات الائتمانية (سمة) إنجازًا نوعيًّا بحصول مقرّها الرئيسي على شهادة «مستدام» الماسية، أعلى مستوى في نظام التقييم الوطني للمباني المستدامة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وأول جهة تحصل على هذا الإنجاز؛ في تأكيد جديد على التزام الشركة بتطبيق أفضل معايير الاستدامة البيئية، ورفع كفاءة التشغيل، وتعزيز جودة بيئة العمل، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 ومبادرة السعودية الخضراء.

ويعدّ هذا الإنجاز تتويجًا لنجاح سمة في تطوير مقر رئيسي يجسّد مفاهيم الاستدامة في مختلف جوانبه، من خلال تبنّي حلول متقدمة في كفاءة الطاقة، وترشيد استهلاك المياه، وتحسين جودة البيئة الداخلية، واختيار المواد المستدامة، وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات في التصميم والتشغيل، بما يعزّز مكانة الشركة كنموذج رائد في المباني المؤسسية المستدامة.

وجاء حصول المقر على التصنيف الماسي بعد استيفائه جميع المتطلبات الإلزامية لنظام مستدام، الذي يعدّ المرجع الوطني لتقييم المباني المستدامة في المملكة، ويقيس أداء المباني وفق معايير تشمل كفاءة الطاقة، وإدارة المياه، والصحة والراحة، والمواد والنفايات، والاتصال والنقل، والإدارة والتشغيل، والابتكار، بما يراعي خصوصية البيئة السعودية ويعزّز كفاءة استخدام الموارد وجودة الحياة داخل المباني.

كما يعكس هذا الإنجاز النهج المتكامل الذي تبنته سمة منذ المراحل الأولى للمشروع، من خلال دمج متطلبات الاستدامة في جميع مراحل التصميم والتنفيذ، ومراجعة الأنظمة والمواد وفق أفضل المعايير الوطنية والعالمية، وتوثيق جميع عناصر المشروع واعتمادها وفق أعلى المواصفات الفنية والهندسية. وإلى جانب التصنيف الماسي، حصل مقرّ سمة أيضًا على شهادة LEED البلاتينية، الصادرة عن المجلس الأمريكي للمباني الخضراء Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI)USAبما يؤكد توافق المشروع مع أعلى معايير الاستدامة العالمية، ويعزّز مكانته كأحد النماذج الرائدة للمباني المستدامة على المستويين الوطني والدولي.

The Saudi Credit Bureau (Sama) has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining the “Sustainable” diamond certificate for its headquarters, the highest level in the national assessment system for sustainable buildings in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is the first entity to achieve this accomplishment; reaffirming the company’s commitment to applying the best environmental sustainability standards, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving the quality of the work environment, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030 and the Saudi Green Initiative.

This achievement crowns Sama’s success in developing a headquarters that embodies sustainability concepts in various aspects, through adopting advanced solutions in energy efficiency, rationalizing water consumption, improving indoor environmental quality, selecting sustainable materials, and applying best practices in design and operation, thereby enhancing the company’s position as a leading model in sustainable institutional buildings.

The headquarters received the diamond classification after meeting all the mandatory requirements of the Sustainable system, which is the national reference for assessing sustainable buildings in the Kingdom, measuring building performance according to criteria that include energy efficiency, water management, health and comfort, materials and waste, communication and transportation, management and operation, and innovation, while considering the uniqueness of the Saudi environment and enhancing resource efficiency and quality of life within buildings.

This achievement also reflects the integrated approach that Sama has adopted since the early stages of the project, by incorporating sustainability requirements in all phases of design and implementation, reviewing systems and materials according to the best national and international standards, and documenting all project elements and approving them according to the highest technical and engineering specifications. In addition to the diamond classification, Sama’s headquarters also received the platinum LEED certification, issued by the U.S. Green Building Council Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI) USA, confirming the project’s alignment with the highest global sustainability standards and enhancing its position as one of the leading models for sustainable buildings at both the national and international levels.
