دشّن رئيس الشؤون الدينية بالمسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي الشيخ الدكتور عبدالرحمن بن عبدالعزيز السديس الخطة التشغيلية لموسم العمرة والزيارة لعام 1448 بالمسجد النبوي، إيذانًا بانطلاق منظومة متكاملة من الخدمات الدينية والإثرائية، تهدف إلى الارتقاء بتجربة قاصدي المسجد النبوي.
تعزيز جودة الخدمات
وأكد السديس أن الخطة التشغيلية ترتكز على تعزيز جودة الخدمات الدينية، ورفع الجاهزية التشغيلية، وتعزيز التكامل بين الوكالات والإدارات، بما يواكب الأعداد المتزايدة من المعتمرين والزائرين، ويسهم في إثراء تجربتهم الدينية داخل المسجد النبوي.

وأوضح أن الخطة تتضمن حزمة من البرامج والمبادرات الإثرائية والدعوية والتوعوية، إلى جانب تطوير منظومة الخدمات الدينية، بما يحقق مستهدفات القيادة الرشيدة في العناية بالحرمين الشريفين، ويعزز رسالة المسجد النبوي العلمية والدعوية، ويثري تجربة المعتمرين والزائرين من مختلف أنحاء العالم.
The President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, launched the operational plan for the Umrah and visitation season for the year 1448 at the Prophet’s Mosque, signaling the start of a comprehensive system of religious and enriching services aimed at enhancing the experience of those visiting the Prophet’s Mosque.
Enhancing Service Quality
Al-Sudais confirmed that the operational plan focuses on enhancing the quality of religious services, increasing operational readiness, and strengthening integration among agencies and departments, in line with the increasing numbers of pilgrims and visitors, contributing to enriching their religious experience within the Prophet’s Mosque.

He explained that the plan includes a package of enriching, advocacy, and awareness programs and initiatives, in addition to developing the system of religious services, achieving the objectives of the wise leadership in caring for the Two Holy Mosques, enhancing the scientific and advocacy message of the Prophet’s Mosque, and enriching the experience of pilgrims and visitors from around the world.
