جددت جمهورية مصر العربية تضامنها الكامل مع المملكة العربية السعودية، مؤكدةً رفضها القاطع وإدانتها للاعتداء على سفينة سعودية وجميع الاعتداءات التي تستهدف المنشآت ووسائل النقل المدنية أو تهدد أمن الملاحة وحريتها في البحر الأحمر والممرات المائية الدولية.

وشددت مصر في بيان صادر عن وزارة خارجيتها اليوم على الأهمية البالغة لاحترام حرية الملاحة الدولية وضمانها وحمايتها في جميع المضايق والممرات الدولية بالمنطقة، بما يضمن حركة التجارة الدولية وسلاسل الإمداد العالمية، اتساقاً مع أحكام القانون الدولي وميثاق الأمم المتحدة.
The Arab Republic of Egypt has renewed its full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, affirming its categorical rejection and condemnation of the attack on a Saudi ship and all assaults targeting civil facilities and means of transport or threatening the security and freedom of navigation in the Red Sea and international waterways.

Egypt emphasized in a statement issued by its Ministry of Foreign Affairs today the utmost importance of respecting, ensuring, and protecting international freedom of navigation in all straits and international passages in the region, which guarantees international trade and global supply chains, in accordance with the provisions of international law and the United Nations Charter.
